Firstly, the proposed method provides an analytical solution for delta-v which only consists of orbital revolution numbers and longitude differences at the ground target latitude. An "impulsive maneuver" is the mathematical model of a maneuver as an instantaneous change in the spacecraft's velocity (magnitude and/or direction) as illustrated in figure 1.
